About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Stylist totake ownership of their column and build a loyal clientelewithin a professional, polished and inspiring environment.




You'll work with clients who valuequality, consistency and a personalised salon experience, while contributing to a positive and professional team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring and styling services.
Work confidently withKeune professional products.
Provide every client with a premium and consistent salon experience.
Build and maintain a loyal client base.
Manage a busy column efficiently and professionally.
Contribute to a positive, supportive salon culture.
Stay current with industry trends, techniques and products.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
Conduct professional client consultations, assess hair condition and recommend appropriate services and professional products.
Deliver a range of advanced hairdressing treatments in addition to cutting, colouring and styling.
Comply with workplace health and safety requirements, salon policies and procedures.
Support and contribute to the development of the wider salon team.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Senior Stylist who:
Is confident managing a busy column.
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
Has strong communication and organisational skills.
Is driven, reliable and solutions-focused.




Is passionate about hairdressing and committed to ongoing professional development.
Values quality professional products and delivering outstanding results.
Relevant Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or Certificate IV.
Alternatively, at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
Minimum 3 years' relevant industry experience as a qualified Hairdresser.
Demonstrated technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling.
Strong client service and communication skills.
