This role requires hands-on diesel/mechanical skills, with leadership responsibilities across the workshop team and adherence to HSE practices.
You will mentor apprentices, plan and organise work, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced workplace.
A trade qualification and experience in a similar setting are preferred for this leadership position.
