Job Description
ST THOMAS PRIVATE PTY LTD – Albion Park NSW is seeking a qualified Indian Chef for a full time permanent role at 38 hours per week.
Based in Albion Park, you will report to the Restaurant Manager/Company Director and lead a busy kitchen team while ensuring Australian food safety standards are met.
Your responsibilities include menu development, portion control, cooking using multiple methods, staff supervision, training, and cost-conscious kitchen budgeting.
