Buildability Group is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for their Smithfield workshop in Sydney.
You will lead boilermakers and tradespeople, manage fabrication schedules and ensure every piece leaving the workshop is built to spec and ready for site.
This hands-on leadership role requires reading structural drawings, overseeing welding quality and maintaining WHS standards, with a handover period alongside the current Foreman before retirement.
Based full time at Smithfield.
