Job Description
Working across both our Alstonville and Lismore clinics, your day will include a combination of dental assisting and reception responsibilities, including:
Assisting dentists during clinical procedures
Preparing and setting up surgeries
Sterilisation and infection control
Welcoming patients and providing a warm, friendly experience
Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
Booking and confirming appointments




Processing payments and assisting with general administration
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinic
Supporting the wider team wherever needed
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and patient-focused
Reliable and organised
Comfortable working across both clinical and reception duties
A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
Able to work well as part of a team
Previousdental assisting or dental reception experience is preferred, but we are open to the right person with a strong customer service background
Available to work2–3 days per week with stable, ongoing hours
