Endeavour Group is seeking a senior leader to head Ad Platforms and Operations for its retail media arm, MixIn. You will own the strategy, governance and evolution of the retail media ecosystem across Dan Murphy’s, BWS and ALH, driving ad tech roadmaps, vendor partnerships, yield optimization and campaign operations.
Based in Sydney or Melbourne with a hybrid setup, you will build a high-performing Platform and Operations team and lead cross-functional delivery to scale revenue and efficiency.
