About your current role
A sole-charge FP&A; seat reporting directly to the CFO of an ASX-listed, global technology business. You'll own month-end business partnering, forecasting and Board/ELT reporting with genuine autonomy - a great next step for someone ready to make FP&A; their own as the business scales internationally.

Key responsibilities
Own budgeting,
forecasting and Board/ELT reporting
Lead month-end reporting with a strong P&L; focus
Partner with the business on financial performance
Prepare external and investor reporting materials
Support commercial deals, tenders and growth initiatives
Champion AI-led process improvement to boost finance efficiency
Manage labour reallocation and cost reviews at month end
Skills & experience
Qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with an accounting or FP&A; background
Comfortable being hands-on with month-end in a small, lean team
Open to first movers into FP&A; with solid commercial acumen - e.g. audit - transaction services, or Big4 - industry
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
An AI-curious mindset - keen to help embed AI and automation into the finance function to lift efficiency
