Pacific Marine Group is seeking an experienced Bids & Estimation Manager to lead our tendering and estimating function from Townsville head office. You’ll own the end-to-end bid process, bringing together commercial, estimating, operational and technical expertise to turn prospects into competitive proposals.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll lead tenders and estimating while collaborating with Business Development, Operations and project leaders across PMG.
