Group is seeking a Therapeutic Youth Worker to support children and young people who have experienced trauma, neglect or challenging life circumstances. You will help them develop emotional regulation, life skills and positive relationships in secure, nurturing settings.
The role involves active support such as meal prep and transportation, health support, behaviour management and safeguarding, with rotating rosters including weekends.
