Factory Pools is a busy, established pool company seeking reliable people to join our construction team. We are currently seeking Plumbers, Coping Tilers and Labourers for full‑time positions across our pool construction projects. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, are reliable, work well as part of a team and are comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites.
Key responsibilities
Plumbers – pool plumbing work on residential construction projects
Coping Tilers – pool coping and tile installation on residential construction projects
Labourers – construction work on residential pool construction projects
About you
A current manual driver's licence is essential
Reliable and punctual
Valuable work ethic and attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on outdoor work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Plumbers – pool plumbing experience highly regarded
Coping Tilers – experience with pool coping/tile installation preferred
Labourers – construction or landscaping experience highly regarded
Construction, pool, tiling, plumbing or landscaping experience is highly regarded
