These roles are ideal for HR specialists with a couple of years of experience as an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator who enjoy being hands-on, organised and involved across the full employee lifecycle.

Depending on the role, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating recruitment activities and supporting hiring managers
Preparing contracts, documentation and onboarding new employees
Coordinating offboarding and employee changes
Maintaining HR systems, employee records and documentation
Responding to day-to-day employee queries
Supporting HR reporting and general administration
Assisting with safety and compliance administration
Working closely with HR and operational teams to keep people processes running smoothly
