About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedJava Engineer with strong Temporal Workflow expertiseto design, build, and support scalable distributed applications and workflow orchestration platforms.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Java-based microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and workflow automation usingTemporal.
This role involves working closely with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver highly resilient, cloud-native solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications usingJavaand modern backend frameworks.




Build and implement workflow orchestration solutions usingTemporal.
Develop scalable microservices and distributed systems.
Create robust APIs and integrations across internal and external platforms.
Design fault-tolerant, event-driven architectures with high availability and resiliency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security requirements.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance optimizations.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

Workflow and Activity development
Long-running business processes
