Job Description
Baulkham Hills Sports Club is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to run daily operations across gaming, bar and functions.
You will lead frontline teams, ensure service standards, and drive operational excellence while maintaining compliance and safety for members and guests.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will mentor staff, manage rosters, cash handling and incident reporting, and support events.
RSA/RCG cards and robust leadership are essential for success.
