You will work with a Site Supervisor to learn the scope, then lead the job autonomously as the Supervisor transitions to the next site.
Responsibilities include onboarding, day-to-day site coordination, and hands-on timber framing and detailing, with a transparent progression from tradesperson to leading hand/supervisor.
