As aCustomer Relationship Manager, you'll find and contact customers with overdue accounts to understand their circumstances, investigate outstanding balances and negotiate suitable repayments.
Through effective communication and problem solving, you'll help customers find solutions while supporting positive business outcomes.

What Your New Job Involves
Contact and relocate customers to establish communication, investigate outstanding balances and understand their circumstances
Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements that align with customer needs and business objectives
Build trust and rapport with customers through professional and empathetic conversations
Analyse account information to identify the most appropriate resolution strategy
Contribute to team performance by achieving targets and delivering positive customer outcomes
Who You Are
You don't need collections experience, many of our leaders started in this role.
What matters is your drive and your ability to connect with people
Prior experience in customer service, contact centres, retail, hospitality, sales or another customer-focused environment where communication and resilience are essential
Solid communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate challenging conversations
A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to understand individual circumstances and identify positive outcomes
Confidence using technology and learning new systems and processes
A proactive approach to learning, teamwork and delivering great customer experiences
