Patient Demographic
You will support a broad General Medicine patient mix, including adults, older patients, acute medical admissions, chronic disease presentations, complex comorbidities and patients requiring review, management planning, escalation or ongoing ward-based care.
Key Duties
Review and manage General Medicine patients within scope
Support ward-based care, acute reviews and patient flow
Complete clinical documentation and handover
Assist with management plans and escalation of care
Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing, allied health and medical teams
Escalate patient concerns appropriately when required
Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration
Minimum PGY2+ with recent General Medicine experience
ALS certification preferred
Australian working rights




Ability to work safely within scope and escape appropriately
Current CV, references and compliance documents as required
