King's Christian College is expanding its HR Team and seeks a dedicated HR Advisor to support the Director of Human Resources with recruitment, onboarding, employee performance, training and employee relations.
The role is based at our Pimpama Campus with travel across campuses as required.
The HR Advisor will provide advice on HR policies, assist in recruitment activities, onboard staff, prepare reports and maintain employee records, while driving performance management and resolving workplace
