Childcare Room Assistant / Educator - Diploma or Cert III Qualified

About the Role

As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments for children. You’ll work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to maintaining the centre’s exceeding standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing engaging programs that foster each child’s development.
Provide a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for all children and families.
Support children’s learning journeys through play-based experiences and intentional teaching.




Work collaboratively with fellow educators to maintain the centre’s exceeding quality practices.
Build strong, positive relationships with families, children, and the wider community.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.

About You
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children’s development.
