The Ship Inn in Brisbane is seeking an experienced chef to join our busy pub kitchen and lead food preparation for a range of dishes. You will ensure high standards of taste, presentation, portion control and consistency across meals.
Applicants should have a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, at least 2 years in a similar role, and a robust focus on cleanliness, organisation and teamwork in a quick-paced workplace with grill, larder, and function service experience valued.
