The Mutual Bank is seeking a Member Service Officer for our Raymond Terrace Branch to deliver personalised banking solutions and build lasting Member relationships. This full time role supports a busy branch and community focus, with responsibilities across transactions, product information, and service excellence.
You will work Monday to Friday 8:45am–5:15pm and two Saturday mornings per month, contributing to a supportive team culture and receiving prospects for learning and development.
