icare is seeking an Internal Review/Dispute Specialist - CTP to join the Customer Resolution team in NSW.
You will conduct independent reviews of disputed CTP Care decisions, applying the Motor Accident Injuries Act **** and Guidelines to deliver fair, evidence-based outcomes.
You will work with claims, legal and CTP care stakeholders to analyse evidence, prepare explicit written decisions, and support continuous improvement of dispute processes in a collaborative, hybrid working environment.
