enhancing curriculum outcomes, and embedding high-quality practices across the service.
About the Role
As our Additional Educational Leader, you'll be a hands-on mentor and role model within the centre.
You'll support Educators to implement meaningful learning experiences, strengthen pedagogical practices, and continuously improve outcomes for children.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor with teams, coaching and guiding Educators, and contributing to a culture of collaboration, reflection, and growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting Educators to plan, implement, and evaluate engaging learning programs aligned with the EYLF
Mentoring and coaching educators to strengthen teaching practices and professional confidence
Collaborating with room teams to extend children's learning and development
Assisting with curriculum planning, documentation, and critical reflection processes
Supporting compliance with the NQS, EYLF, Child Secure Standards, and centre policies
Working alongside the leadership team to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
Contributing to a positive, collaborative,



and inclusive team culture
Supporting educator development through modelling, feedback, and ongoing guidance
What You'll Bring
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Demonstrated experience leading curriculum and supporting educator development
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
A passion for continuous improvement and high-quality educational outcomes
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to leadership
National Child Safety Training Certificate (Geccko)
Current Blue Card
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
Availability to work 5 days per week
