The Role




Lead and support the Property Management & Leasing team
Oversee the day-to-day performance of the portfolio
Monitor vacancies, arrears, leasing and maintenance
Ensure properties are leased quickly and effectively
Maintain a high level of service for owners and tenants
Improve processes and systems across the department
Manage budgets, costs and department performance
Ensure the team is meeting all compliance requirements
Work closely with senior management on business improvements
Build a positive, supportive and high-performing team
The Candidate
7+ years' Property Management
3+ years' leadership experience within Property Management
Full Queensland Real Estate Licence
Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies legislation
Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams
Strong commercial and operational understanding
Confident managing budgets, KPIs and portfolio performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, solutions-focused leadership style
