About the Role
Reporting to the Operations and Retail Lead the Customer Service and Retail Officer provides front-line customer service and operational support to ensure a welcoming, efficient and well-presented golf facility, contributing to consistent service delivery and high-quality leisure outcomes aligned with Council's vision for a healthy and connected community.

Have a genuine passion for golf




Have experience in golf and/or customer service
Enjoy meeting and helping people
Are friendly, energetic and reliable
Are available across the summer period, including weekends and public holidays
Is a proficient user of Mi Club and Mi Membership platforms
Have sound knowledge of the game of golf and golf products
Have good personal presentation and communication skills
You'll be part of a team delivering a welcoming, enjoyable experience for golfers of all ages and abilities at one of the Mornington Peninsula's best public golf destinations.
