Lite n' Easy’s Sydney Contact Centre is hiring a full time Contact Centre Consultant at Eastern Creek. You will handle inbound (and some outbound) calls delivering top customer service, update records, and aim to meet KPIs while promoting healthy meals. Training sessions run for four weeks with a roster tailored to business needs.

Applicants should have customer service experience, a passion for wellness, and robust communication. CRM use and MS Office familiarity are helpful.
