As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless client experience and supporting the smooth operation of the practice.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting clients
Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries
Coordinating appointments and meetings
Responding to client requests in a skilled and timely manner
Assisting with onboarding new clients
Preparing engagement documentation and client correspondence
Monitoring workflow and job progress across internal systems
Maintaining accurate client records and databases
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and electronic correspondence
Supporting accountants and advisors with administrative tasks
About you
Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
Professional, friendly and confident communicating with clients
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership
Comfortable learning and using technology
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Positive, adaptable and team-oriented
Previous administration, client service or office coordination experience
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
