As a Business development Rep, you'll be responsible for generating and converting current business opportunities, working closely with prospects to understand their challenges and position the right software solution.

Key responsibilities
Cold visiting and canvassing
Engaging inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn conversations
Conducting research to identify high-fit accounts and contacts to engage with
Running discovery calls and product conversations with prospective customers
Closing deals and development of partnerships
Building strong product knowledge and articulating explicit value to customers
Helping to drive referrals and repeat business from existing customers
Updating CRM

About you
At least 3 years experience in B2B and SaaS
Robust communication skills and confidence speaking with customers




Coachable mindset and resilience in a target-driven environmentExperience in a customer-facing role such as sales, hospitality, retail, or call centre
Interest in technology, AI, software and building a career in SaaS B2B sales
Motivation to learn, perform, and progress quickly
Must own vehicle and driving license willing to explore Melbourne
