Lewis and Trovas Family Lawyers – Brisbane QLD

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated legal assistant with experience of no less than 3 years in family law firms. This role is based in our Brisbane office.

The successful applicant will be a team player with solid attention to detail and initiative, who will be client-focused and display excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is to specifically support the Managing Director and Senior Solicitors in achieving short and long term firm goals,



including related to the continued delivery of exceptional client service and the growth of our team.

Duties will include:
Liaising with clients, lawyers and third parties by telephone and email
Trust account receipting
Arranging networking and social functions for referrers and colleagues
Marketing duties, including managing social media accounts and newsletters
Transcribing dictation from time to time
Diary management and co-ordination of meetings
Filing court documents and arranging service
Collating briefs to Counsel
Drafting basic correspondence
Electronic file management
General office duties including running errands and arranging postage and couriers
