Employment Details

Labour Hire | 6-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and validate entries in core databases to maintain data integrity
Reconcile and match datasets across financial, spatial, and asset management systems
Process routine data requests and generate system distribution and record reports




Support asset capitalisation processes and manage incoming data update requests
Liaise with internal business units to verify records and resolve data discrepancies
Ensure all records and documentation comply with EDRMS and agency standards

Key Requirements
Robust proficiency in MS Excel for data structuring, sorting, filtering, and cross-matching (e.g., XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
High attention to detail with a focus on quality control and standardisation
Familiarity with corporate databases and EDRMS (e.g., TRIM/Content Manager)
Exposure to SQL or Python is highly regarded
Ability to manage competing priorities and complete tasks within set timelines
Explicit written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Australian Citizenship required
Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance desirable
