About the role

This role sits within the Facilities Management team and is responsible for delivering high-quality first-line customer service and administrative support across maintenance, security, and asset-related functions. You will play a key role in coordinating requests, monitoring systems, and ensuring facilities services are delivered efficiently across a broad stakeholder group. Key responsibilities include:
Processing and coordinating maintenance requests through the helpdesk system
Providing responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Supporting invoice processing and financial administration activities
Managing security access, passes, and system records
Assisting with reporting, records management, and continuous improvement initiatives

About you





To be successful in this role it is essential to have:
Experience in facilities management, administration, or a similar high-volume workplace
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Confidence working across multiple systems and stakeholder groups
