Fork Force Australia is seeking a Service Administrator to coordinate all aspects of our field service operations and drive recent business prospects. In this role, you will manage inbound service requests, allocate the field service team, and maintain communication with customers during repairs to ensure maximum productivity.
You will handle calls, produce quotes, open work orders, allocate technicians, schedule maintenance, order parts, and review work for invoicing accuracy.
