Key responsibilities

Accounts payable and accounts receivable

Processing supplier invoices and ensuring correct allocation across venues and entities

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Managing supplier statements and resolving account discrepancies

Preparing and processing weekly payment runs

Monitoring outstanding invoices and following up debtors

Assisting with payroll reconciliation and payroll-related reporting

Reviewing venue expenses and ensuring correct coding

Preparing financial information for management reporting

About you

Previous bookkeeping or accounts experience

Strong experience with Xero

Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable

Strong reconciliation skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good knowledge of GST and general bookkeeping principles

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple companies, venues or cost centres





Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal managers
