OVERVIEW Bond University is seeking an Admissions Officer to join the Office of Future Students in Robina, Australia.
This full-time fixed-term role supports the university's strategic growth and student recruitment objectives through the accurate, timely, and compliant assessment of admission applications for Bond University and Bond University College.
The position works across domestic and international admissions for coursework, Higher Degree Research, scholarships, Study Abroad, and Incoming Exchange pathways.
The Admissions Officer reports to the Coordinator, Admissions and contributes to maintaining high standards in admissions processing, record management, and policy compliance.
The role is suited to professionals with experience in university administration or other policy-driven environments who are comfortable managing competing priorities and working with diverse stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Assess and process admission applications accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with university policies and legislative
Requirements
Support Bond University's strategic growth and student recruitment objectives
Process applications for domestic and international students
Manage applications for coursework and Higher Degree Research programs
Support scholarship, Study Abroad, and Incoming Exchange application pathways
Evaluate academic qualifications from a range of global education systems
Verify supporting documentation provided with applications
Maintain accurate admissions and student records
Ensure admissions decisions align with university procedures, policies, and legislation
Provide accurate and professional advice to a diverse range of stakeholders




Work collaboratively within the admissions team and broader university environment
Requirements
Relevant qualifications and/or experience in a university, admissions, administration, or other policy-driven environment
Strong commitment to customer service
Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and legislation
Capacity to manage competing priorities effectively
High attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in student administration, admissions, or other large-scale database systems
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Cultural awareness and an inclusive approach to working with people from diverse backgrounds
