About the Role
As aPersonal Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps our residents live each day with dignity and joy.
You'll follow personalised care plans and offer respectful support with:
Deliver excellence in customer service to our residents
Provide assistance with personal care/hygiene, daily living tasks & general mobility
Emotional wellbeing and companionship
Creating a warm, inclusive and positive care workplace to maximise quality of life
What You Will Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care – or equivalent
Minimum 6 months experience after receipt of qualification
Existing working rights in Australia
A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centred
The ability to work individually and in a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
