Bayswater Bar & Grill in Hervey Bay, QLD, is seeking a Duty Manager to support the Venue Manager with daily operations and lead the team on shifts.
You will be a calm, hands-on presence, helping deliver outstanding service while upholding safety and compliance standards.
You will open and close the venue, handle cash, and ensure standards across food & beverage, gaming, TAB and KENO.
Experience supervising a busy licensed venue and coaching the team is essential; RSA and RSG qualifications are
