Job Description
Viva Energy Retail is seeking a Workforce Optimisation Manager to lead planning, rostering and productivity across the OTR, Reddy Express, Smokemart & GiftBox and QSR brands.
The role partners with Operations, Commercial & Performance, Finance and People & Culture, overseeing two direct reports.
You will develop standards, dashboards and analytics to improve labour utilisation, scheduling, and productivity while aligning workforce strategies with business goals across a national retail network.
