Premier Retail is seeking an entry-level IT Helpdesk qualified to support our Support Office and retail store teams.
The role is a full-time, 12-month fixed term position based at our St Kilda Rd office, offering rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts.
You will handle IT queries, troubleshoot scanner and POS issues, and escalate where needed, while learning and growing within a fast-paced retail IT environment.
A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.
