Anglicare North Queensland is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support children and young people in Non-Family Based Care.
You will provide care, supervision and guidance within 24/7 residential/SILS settings, focusing on safety, culture, and trauma-informed practice.
You will collaborate with the NFBC team to meet standards, maintain detailed records, and assist with daily routines, activities and life-skills development for the residents.
