We're looking for an experiencedWarehouse Team Leaderto join a well-established logistics operation inWillawong.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‐on, working with people and customers, and taking ownership of the day‐to‐day warehouse operation.
You'll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and wider team to keep operations running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in the afternoon shift, supporting the team and acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer service and day‐to‐day stakeholder communication
Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor, including leave coverage when required
Assisting with inventory control and workload planning
Managing receiving and despatch activities
UsingWMS (SAP)




Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts as required
Assisting with general warehouse duties and ensuring the shift runs smoothly

2pm–10pm | Monday–Friday
$***** p/h + OT
ASAP start
Ongoing work with potential for full‐time employment
What you'll need
Current and validLF forklift licence
StrongHigh Reach & Counterbalanceexperience – essential
Double deepforklift experience – highly regarded
Previous Warehouse Team Leader experience – preferred
Strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, dedicated and willing to take ownership
Ability to pass a police check and drug & alcohol screening
