About the Role
We're looking for a detail-driven Contract Administrator to support project success across tendering, procurement, and construction delivery.
You'll work closely with Project Managers to keep subcontractor documentation, purchasing, and contract compliance running smoothly — playing a key role in delivering projects on time and to spec.
What You'll Be Doing
Reviewing tender documents, subcontractor pricing, and supplier quotes
Preparing pricing documents and coordinating tender feedback
Reviewing shop drawings and subcontractor documentation
Administering the tender process for sub-contract packages — scopes,



pricing, negotiation
Supporting order meetings, drafting orders, checking subcontractor references
Managing tools, equipment, site padlocks and key registers
Supporting the team through to Practical Completion
Managing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and operation manuals
Working across SOS, Procore, Aconex and similar platforms
Understanding and administering Head Contract conditions, variations, EOTs and progress claims
Supporting site establishment, client variations, budget reporting, and Green Star compliance
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Project Management
Current White Card (or equivalent)
Solid knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices
Familiarity with MS Project and confidence across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
High attention to detail and strong safety awareness
A team player who's adaptable, ethical, and thrives in a changing environment
