Job Description
NSW Health's Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Mobile Assertive Treatment Team within Community Mental Health Services on a permanent full time basis (38 hours per week).
Remuneration is $81,748–$114,771 per year plus superannuation.
The role involves intake, assessment, treatment and care coordination in the Core Team, with a focus on recovery-oriented, consumer-involved care in the community.
