APG are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician, to work with our client on a temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension.
This role includes being available for shift work.
Key Responsibilities
Preventive and breakdown maintenance
Assist with other Maintenance as required
General Housekeeping
About You
A Grade-Electrical qualification with basic tools kit
Experience in maintaining production machinery and equipment in a volume production environment
Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills essential
Previous exposure to fluid dynamics, PLC's, pneumatics and ability to work to quality standards




A commitment to Occupational Health and Safety is a critical component to being successful in the position
Robust mechanical aptitude essential
Well-developed communication
Be a self-starter who is highly motivated and hard-working;
Willing to foster and encourage improvements;
Have excellent time management and prioritising skills;
Physically Fit
