You will drive performance across Support at Home, CHSP, respite, transport, intake and scheduling to ensure outcomes remain high-quality and client-centred.
You will partner with the Senior Leadership Team to strengthen systems, processes and financial stewardship while positioning Burnie Brae for future growth in a changing funding setting.
