This is a full-time position with a rotating roster that includes a combination of weekday and weekend hours.
You will work as part of an experienced team in a busy grocery store butcher shop.
Key responsibilities
Cutting, trimming and preparing a wide range of meat products
Preparing display-ready products to a high standard
Maintaining attractive, well-stocked displays
Serving and assisting customers when required
Maintaining excellent food safety and cleanliness standards
General butcher shop duties
Working efficiently as part of an experienced team
About you
A qualified butcher OR an experienced butcher with solid practical skills
Confident with meat preparation, cutting and presentation
Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently




Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
Friendly and professional with customers
Able to work a roster that includes weekdays and weekends
Someone who takes genuine pride in producing quality work
