Hybrid work is available; occasional travel across Melbourne's North and West is required.
This fixed-term role until 30 June **** supports the Carer Supports Program.
The role reports to the Team Leader and focuses on enhancing service delivery, with operating hours aligning to Carer Gateway and extended hours initiatives.
