About the Role
Gradi Crown is looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our fast-paced Italian restaurant team.
Working alongside our chefs and kitchen team, you will assist in preparing and delivering high-quality Italian dishes while maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a busy service environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to Gradi standards and recipes.
Assist with food preparation and daily mise en place.
Ensure food is presented consistently and to a high standard.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and Crown compliance requirements.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and storage.




Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.
Support the kitchen team in achieving smooth daily operations.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as required.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Cook in a busy restaurant environment is essential.
Experience preparing Italian cuisine is highly regarded.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
