Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Senior Data Migration Consultant to join our Consulting team and play a key role in leading complex data migration programs across our SaaS ERP platform.
This is a senior individual contributor role, suited to an experienced data migration specialist who wants to remain hands‐on while providing technical leadership across complex ERP implementations.
This is not a people management role.
You'll partner with senior stakeholders and customer leadership teams to design, lead and deliver large-scale data migration programs, bringing the technical expertise and experience to turn complex data challenges into structured, practical migration strategies.
What you'll be doing...
Lead large-scale, multi-workstream data migration programs end-to-end across complex enterprise environments
Define migration strategies, architecture and delivery frameworks for SaaS ERP implementations
Provide technical leadership across migration engagements, setting direction and guiding other consultants while remaining hands‐on in delivery
Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, providing guidance on data transformation, governance and risk
Conduct current-state data assessments across complex ERP and source systems and shape migration strategies and roadmaps
Oversee data mapping, transformation design and validation frameworks across multiple engagements
Review and guide the work of consultants and specialists to ensure quality and consistency
Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across customer and internal delivery teams
Lead post‐migration reconciliation and sign‐off processes to ensure data integrity and business readiness
Contribute to pre‐sales engagements, including solution design,



effort estimation and proposal development
Drive continuous improvement of migration methodologies, tools and best practices
Mentor and support other consultants, contributing to capability uplift across the migration function
Significant hands‐on experience leading complex, end‐to‐end data migration programs within ERP environments
Demonstrated experience operating as a senior technical specialist or individual contributor within complex implementation programs
Strong experience migrating data between enterprise systems, including extraction, transformation, mapping, validation and reconciliation
Deep understanding of data migration architecture, ETL design, data modelling and relational databases
Advanced technical capability in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
Strong technical leadership capability, with the ability to mentor and guide other consultants while remaining hands‐on in delivery
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in complex delivery environments
Experience contributing to pre‐sales activities such as solution scoping, estimation and proposal development
Excellent analytical, problem‐solving and risk management skills
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to senior and executive audiences
Good understanding of data governance, privacy, security and regulatory considerations within enterprise environments
