Cater Care is seeking an experienced Barista to join our hospitality team at an aged care site in Middle Swan.
We're looking for someone with strong hospitality skills, a customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering quality service.
You'll be part of a professional hospitality team, supporting the daily café and catering operations while providing a welcoming experience for residents, visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages for residents, visitors and staff
Deliver warm, friendly and professional customer service in an aged care environment
Assist with food preparation, meal service and café operations
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and resident wellbeing
Support residents with patience,

Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Qualified Barista with previous experience in a café, hospitality or aged care environment
Passionate about coffee, food and delivering quality service
Reliable, flexible and a positive team player who works well in a busy environment
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling
Friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting older people

Successful applicants must have a current-year flu vaccination and complete a National Criminal History Check.
