TRS Resourcing is seeking an experienced mechanic for a full-time workshop opportunity in the High Wycombe area of Western Australia.

Fleet Maintenance Mechanics
Plant or Agricultural Mechanics with relevant transferable experience
Mechanically experienced candidates with strong trailer knowledge
The successful candidate will join an established workshop team carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs across a varied range of heavy vehicles and transport equipment.
Your Duties May Include
Servicing and repairing prime movers, trucks and trailers
Diagnosing mechanical, braking and suspension faults
Completing planned and reactive maintenance
Replacing and repairing mechanical components
Conducting workshop and occasional breakdown repairs
Carrying out safety inspections and preventative maintenance
Accurately recording completed work
Working independently and as part of a workshop team
What We're Looking For
A relevant mechanical trade qualification is preferred
Experience with trucks, trailers, heavy vehicles, plant or similar equipment
Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of brake and suspension systems
Current driver's licence
Valuable communication and basic computer skills
A reliable, safety-conscious approach
Ability to work with minimal supervision




Valid Australian working rights
Candidates with extensive relevant experience who do not hold a formal trade qualification are also encouraged to apply.
Highly Regarded
Forklift licence
Heavy vehicle driver's licence
Experience maintaining transport or fleet equipment
Welding or fabrication skills
Experience with electrical and hydraulic fault-finding
Pay and Benefits
$40–$60 per hour, depending on skills and experience
