An exciting opportunity is available to lead the Rolex Boutique at Chadstone Shopping Centre.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who is passionate about client experience, team development, and delivering consistent results.

About the Boutique
The Rolex Boutique at Chadstone offers a dedicated environment focused on the Rolex collection.
As part of The Hour Glass network, the boutique is committed to high standards of service and building long-term relationships with clients, from first-time buyers to established collectors.
The Role
As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall performance and direction of the boutique.
You will:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Deliver a personalised and engaging client experience
Drive boutique performance through strong sales leadership and operational focus
Maintain presentation standards, stock control, and brand representation
Build and grow a loyal client base through long-term relationships
This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong presence on the boutique floor and a focus on people,



service, and results.
About You
We are looking for individuals who bring passion and professionalism, with experience leading teams in retail, hospitality, automotive, or other client-focused environments.
You will bring:
Experience leading and developing teams in a client-focused environment, ideally within a luxury or premium setting
A practical, hands-on leadership style
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage day-to-day operations
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
An interest in watches and luxury
Experience with watches is advantageous, but not essential.
